In between our trip to Albany and a second trip to Great Falls we managed to squeeze in a river trip. None of my nightmares were realized about having the kids on the boat: no bears, no sunburns, nobody fell out, no major cuts or breaks, and only one rattlesnake. The kids had a blast and are already talking about going on more "white water." Every time some rapids were coming up Avery would say, "1-2-3" and we all would chime in..."WHITE WATER." Kyndra even went swimming by herself in the water (I was right next to her). They are naturals on the boat and in the water, I am so relieved!
Our only incident was getting a flat tire on the truck as we were heading out. As Joe was changing the tire a lug-nut broke off and we had to get back to town on just 4. We made it, safe and sound, and wonderful Les Schwab fixed it up already. Who knows where our next adventure will be but if anyone wants to go, you are invited!

What a great time for your girls - and you and Joe as well!
Happy Summer Bug family!
What great summer memories. Your kids are always going to remember great times like these. Continue making happy times and enjoy that family.
That looks like so much fun!!! How we wish we could be there to do it with you! This is funny, but the whole blogger website is written in Japanese, so I don't know what to do! Love and miss you - Pam
