Bathroom Woes

Kyndwwaaa! You dwwipped! AAAWWGGGGHHHHH!
What is it about going to the bathroom? Is it an adventure reserved only for mothers of girls? Do boys insist on visiting the restroom of every single public place they enter....twice? I remember doing this as a kid, I seriously do. They are some of my fondest memories. I get such a kick out of these two girls, so did the other ladies in the neighboring stalls. Here are just a few of our adventures:

They both hate, and I mean, are terrified, of the toilets that "flush all by themselves." We were in the airport in Denver and Kyndra refused to go on the automatic toilet, she insisted on waiting until we got to Aunt Pam's house, which would have been fine except that she lived in IOWA CITY!

In an restroom in Cabela's they figured out that they could take turns holding their hand over the electric sensor. The lady next door was snickering loudly as my girls were negotiating..."I'll go first this time and you can cover the light and next time you can go first, okay?"

"Hey Mama! That other bathroom with the pictures on the door had the same lockers (door locks). There are two of the same lockers! Wow!" **snicker snicker from the other stall***

This is my ultimate favorite, the face and expression was almost identical to the above picture:
"It hasn't been flushed in like 15 years it seems like!"

"snicker-snicker" and a 'don't'cha just love it'!! I really don't blame them for not wanting to sit on the power flushers, though. Those are scary!

Avery, oh Avery...you crack me up!
Let me tell you about boys and bathrooms...love the trees and bushes outside! About the power flushers...he LOVES them! Likes to make them flush while I am on the toliet when we are in a public place and Lon is not with us! Just another difference between boys and girls! Gotta love 'em!

How cute! I love that they figured out how to keep it from flushing! Wish someone would cover it up while I go!!
That reminds me a Jedd story.
Might have to blog it.
I even know what pic I should use.

Girls will be girls....for sure!
Sounds like an interaction that Lindsay and Kirsten would have had!
I really like your banner, too!

if my boys see a portapotty they all suddenly need to go! I would opt for the public toilet than the outdoor nasty portapotty!:)

My middle son thinks the auto-flush toilets are going to suck his booty down to the sewer!:)
