I flipped up the lid to my computer this morning

and found Lindsay online

and found this post on Bales & Tales

and 38 pictures waiting for me in a collage that she had made!

I got to celebrate my birthday again last night

at my favorite place

with my favorite people.

We listened to music,

ate great food,

drank several bottles of wine,

laughed,

played on our electronic devices,

visited,

made faces,

opened presents,

and laughed some more.

who helpled me celebrate turning 38.
