Miss Muffet

It's almost impossible to get a good picture of this little girl. She has such a great smile. She is usually so focused on what everyone else is doing that she just can't look at the camera. She moves her head so it points at the camera but her eyes are on everyone else. I think I found the trick, get her alone!

Tonight AJ was put in time-out during dinner for talking too much, not eating, interrupting, playing with her food...all of the above. She was on her way back to the table when she started detouring to go play. Joe told her that she wasn't excused and to sit down. Little Miss Muffet shocked us both by sticking out her tongue at him! OMG! Back to time out with a swat she went.

Where does this stuff come from? She's only three! What is going to happen when she is 13? As usual, I am absolutely at a lost on "the right" thing to do. So, for today, I am thankful that I can see the humor. For tomorrow, I pray that we handle these situations in a way that teaches the lesson with the least possible lasting damage. Help!

Well now...not my sweet little AJ! The time Landon stuck his tongue out, I promptly flicked it. I am not laughing at her but the thought of you and Joe with the shock on your faces! Oh my...

Okay, I am giggling at the thought of that sweet cherubic face with a tongue sticking out.
