Don't you love how kids just get technolgy?
They just "get it."
You hand them the Wii remote and they start shaking...

You lay out a dance pad and they start dancing...

You hand them an iTouch and they start tilting...
and learning.

Technology is what "we"(Joe and I) do so our kids are going to "get" it. But isn't it amazing how little instruction goes into showing these young minds "how to?" It blows me away....they blow me away. Not just my kids, but kids everywere who just get this stuff, they were born in the digital age where nothing is impossible. What's next? That's my question, what will they be showing us, next?

I just pray I can 'keep up'. I'm sure they are going to fly right past me...but having a blog, being on Facebook, getting a new 'text-worthy' phone...it is all in the name of research, so I can try to stay a step ahead of the little boogers.
no kidding!!!!! love this post!
We could use a young 'techie' here to teach us how to turn up the volume on the tv. ha!
I agree! It's amazing to see my almost 3 year old at the computer moving the mouse and DOING things! I'll never keep up!
I used to hover around Kyndra as she navigated around her favorite web sites and in a REALLY short amount of time I became obsolete...sent back to my chores.
It is really cool and I do expect it to be a really short span until we are learning from them.
Hi Stace -- me again, I hope you don't mind me checking out your blog, I find it so interesting and thought provoking...this post is really awesome. I, too, am amazed by how much they know...and how much my mom struggles with what "we" think are easy tasks (facebook)...such a difference in our generations.
I am glad Shelby is so great on the computer, we got her a Mac and she can do amazing things -- create movies, power point presentations, edit or create cool pictures from her digital pics by changing backgrounds, it is amazing - I like to think she is the only one doing things like this, but I know that lots of the kids are doing these same things, what a great generation of kids we are raising. :)
Gotta love them kids!
