Icebreaker Run 2011

The results aren't in!  I repeat the results are NOT in!  They will be soon if you care to check back here.

I'm embarrassed to say I didn't bring my camera to the race but we took one after.  

First of all, it was snowing!

All day.

It snowed all day.

I ran the 3 mile then met up with the girls and Mom for the 1 mile. 

We were smiling at the finish, thats all that counts.

 Then we hit the hot tub in the snow.

 Really...not sure it gets better than making snowballs in your swim suit.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow is my first sprint triathlon!  I'm awake and nervous and looking at the map.

It's a 500 yard swim...easy peasy.
Then a 12.41 mile ride...harder, but not too scary.

Then a 5k run...this is what is keeping me up tonight! OMG! There is a half mile 6% grade in there!


Ok, I need sleep...I need more than sleep but that's all I can do for tonight.
